Unless a privacy or access-control feature specifically provides otherwise, information published on a Digital Profile may be accessible to anyone who scans your Smart Card, QR Code, or receives your profile link.
Because Digital Profiles are designed for professional networking, you should not publish information that you do not wish to make publicly available.
INTRO is not responsible for how third parties copy, save, share, or otherwise use information that you voluntarily make publicly available.
4. How We Use Your Information

- To create, host, and maintain your Digital Profile.

In such circumstances, requests concerning organizational account information may need to be directed to the relevant organization or administrator.

Information that you voluntarily publish through your Digital Profile may be publicly accessible.

- Designation
- Company name
- Business contact information

- Social media links
- Business address
- Profile image
- Company logo
- Other information you choose to publish
INTRO cannot control how third parties use information that you voluntarily make publicly available.
14. Data Retention
INTRO retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

- maintain Digital Profiles;
- fulfill contractual obligations;

- provide customer support;
